About Paul Franks
Paul joined Gresham in 2003 from PricewaterhouseCoopers. Paul has been involved in corporate finance for 12 years and now runs the Midlands office of Gresham focusing largely on new investments. From a sector perspective Paul is heavily involved in our industrial products businesses. His experience includes the management buy-out of Esterform, Just Trays, Minivator and Dimensions.
Prior to this he worked for a number of years in the corporate finance department of PricewaterhouseCoopers advising on a number of transactions including a variety of MBO's, public to privates and development capital deals. He was also seconded to Bridgepoint Capital. Paul is a Chartered Accountant and in his spare time enjoys golf, skiing and is a business mentor and assessor for the Prince's Trust.
