Flowtech is the UK’s leading supplier of pneumatic and hydraulic products in the UK through its catalogue and website. Flowtech supplies to independent distributors and provides them with their own branded catalogues as well as offering them marketing and logistical support and back-office services.
Why we liked it
A key attraction of the transaction was the strength of the management in a market leading support services business with growth potential.
How are we helping?
In order to facilitate the deal, Gresham introduced a new Chairman pre-deal. He worked with the management team helping to develop and test a robust business plan. Since Gresham invested, Flowtech has expanded into continental Europe acquiring the Dutch business Allfitt.
