How did we help?
The transaction was a platform buy and build deal in which Gresham supported Tribal in six acquisitions during investment. Having initially focused on education, Tribal has developed into a broader white-collar outsourcing business also supplying the health and local government housing segments.
Result
The business was successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2001 at an enterprise value of £56m.
