Investment Overview
With around 60 sites in the UK's busiest town and shopping centres, Town Centre Restaurants is one of the UK’s largest privately owned restaurant groups, serving over four million customers every year. The company has four concepts – Café Giardino, Italian Kitchen, Auberge and Azzurro.
Why we liked it
A key attraction of the deal was the experienced management team with a strong track record in the sector and an excellent platform from which to roll-out to more sites. TCR has an ambitious strategy to roll-out both the Café Giardino and restaurant concepts.
How are we helping?
Gresham has recently assisted with the rollout of TCR's new concept Italian Kitchen and supported the finance function following the successful refinancing of the business in 2008.
