Swift
Investment Overview
Swift is the market leader in global recruitment and relocation focused on the oil and gas sector. Swift provides labour to both onshore and offshore projects with a focus on the upstream (exploration and development) environment. Clients include global oil majors BP, Chevron, Exxon and Shell. It provides a “one stop shop” service ranging from personnel selection to complete mobilisation to countries as diverse as Azerbaijan, Russia and the USA.
Why we liked it
A key attraction of the deal was high growth in the global oil exploration sector with the Swift service key to the success of oil majors. Also, Swift’s network of highly skilled oil contractors provides a unique selling point for customers and is a driver for future growth.
How are we helping?
We introduced an experienced CEO and FD, both of whom we had worked with before. Furthermore, our corporate contacts have brought in customers for Swift.
