About Simon Inchley

Simon has been integral to the development of Gresham's investment strategy including the establishment of its network of regional offices. As Head of Investment he coordinates the activities of the four regional teams.

Simon leads the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector team at Gresham and within this sector, his transactions have included Penn Pharmaceuticals, MSS and current investment, Minivator. His portfolio role includes the ongoing development of Dimensions Clothing, the UK’s leading corporatewear business, through both organic growth and acquisition.

Simon has worked in private equity for over 15 years, previously at 3i plc and HSBC Private Equity. Prior to that he worked at Williams Holdings plc on the operational side.

Simon is a graduate of Nottingham University and lives in Leamington Spa.
