Office2office is the leading independent contract supplier of office goods in the UK, offering its customers a one-stop-shop service with next day delivery. Its largest client is the Ministry of Defence. Office2office also supplies a number of blue chip companies including Barclays, McDonald’s, Sainsbury’s and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Gresham funded the MBO/MBI of the business working with a buy-in candidate as CEO. From investment, turnover grew by 50%.
Result
The business was successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange in June 2004.
