Minivator wins Business of the Year Award 2008
Minivator, the country’s second largest supplier of stairlifts and independent living products has been awarded the accolade of Black Country Business of the Year Award for 2008.
Having previously won the award for Business Growth and Innovation, the team at Minivator were delighted to win this year’s top prize.
Mike Lord, Chief Executive of Minivator said: “This is a fantastic end to what has been a great year for Minivator. Our success is down to a team effort and this trophy is for every member of that team.”
Minivator provide bespoke stairlift and independent living products to the disabled and less able population in the UK and overseas. Gresham backed the management buy-out in 2004. The business has continued to grow at an exceptional rate. Company expansion with offices and operations abroad has taken total manpower at Minivator to over 350 people.
