James Grant Group is a leading provider of management and professional services to the sports, music and entertainment sectors, representing the likes of Ant and Dec, Vernon Kay, Holly Willoughby and Piers Morgan.
Why we liked it
We backed the MBO of five of AIM listed Formation Group’s businesses to create James Grant Group because of their reputation in the field and their well established client base.
How are we helping?
Gresham provided 100% of the funding to complete the transaction using its debt underwrite product. Its ability to do this significantly reduced the transaction risk for Formation Group PLC. The team intends to pursue a growth strategy focused on three key areas; selective acquisition, organic sales development and developing the range of services the Group provides. This strategy will enhance the Group’s scale and reach within its chosen sectors.
