Gresham, the UK mid-market private equity specialist, today announces that James Grant Group (“JGG”) has acquired two companies: Manchester-based accountancy practice S Crowther & Co. and Islington-based media PR specialists Franklin Rae Communications. These acquisitions are the sixth and seventh completed by JGG since Gresham Private Equity backed its management buyout in August 2009.

13 October 2011

Gresham Private Equity today announces that ICR Integrity has acquired asset integrity specialists North East Corrosion Engineers Ltd (NECE Ltd), in the first phase of the group’s expansion since its formation in July.
