Gresham Private Equity today announces that OJK Limited (“OJK”), part of Gresham backed James Grant Group (“JGG”), has acquired Addis & Co, a Stockport based accountancy practice. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Gresham, the UK mid market private equity specialist, today announces that it has exchanged contracts on the £32.8 million management buy-out of Team Telecom Group (“TTG”) from Spice plc (“Spice”).
