Gresham appoints new investment partner
Gresham, the mid market private equity firm, has appointed James Slipper as a partner in its investment team. The appointment is effective as of 3 December 2007. He will be based in London but working across the group as a whole.
James is currently a Director at Deloitte and is responsible for the Transaction Services team in Reading. He has worked with Gresham on its financial due diligence for the past three years, advising on numerous deals including 1st Credit Limited, Swift Technical Limited, Town Centre Restaurants Limited and West Cornwall Pasty Company Limited.
James Slipper said, “Having worked with Gresham in the past I know them to be a highly experienced team with a strong track record of adding value and delivering profitable investments. I look forward to joining the team and contributing to their continued success.”
