Who We Are
Partners who can transform your business.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Investment with care
Gresham is committed to:
- Treating employees equitably
- Operating with integrity and in an ethical manner
- Respecting human rights
- Sustaining our planet
Gresham realises that the companies in which we invest supply products or services to the wider community – a responsibility we take seriously. That is why we strive to help them develop in a practical but sustainable way.
We welcome the changes in regulation and the pressures of public demand for a more considerate way of working.
All of our Partners want to see the wonders of our world maintained for generations to come.
Education, development and health for all
Individuals make up the whole – and at Gresham we are dedicated to helping each and every individual to achieve their personal best. Both in terms of career development and wellbeing.
All our people are encouraged to develop through experience or the pursuit of qualifications. We conduct regular reviews to provide every practical opportunity for development.
We do not discriminate between man or woman, race, creed or colour. At Gresham we are meritocratic and promote diversity, equality and flexibility.
In the unlikely event of a problem, we have comprehensive policies enshrined in our working practices ensuring fair, independent and effective resolutions.
Supporting our staff also includes supporting their families. We offer childcare vouchers which allow a parent to substitute part of their salary for money-saving vouchers.
Staff are offered the protection of private healthcare and we operate an optional pension scheme for those that wish to plan for their future.
A confidential service that gives full time staff and families free access to specialist information, consultants and counsellors 24 hours a day, 365 days a year is also available.
Offices designed to save energy and protect health
Promoting the health, safety and wellbeing of employees affects how we design our office environment and we keep abreast of all new regulations from ergonomics to lighting.
Minimising energy use is a focus. Where possible, offices have occupancy control devices installed, so lights automatically turn off when no-one is there. All office lights are turned off after working hours and during weekends.
Recycling is encouraged with all sites equipped to recycle print cartridges and save on paper and materials.
Policies that reduce carbon-producing travel
Wherever possible we encourage staff to use video conference facilities for internal meetings and to efficiently and speedily produce actionable outcomes. We also participate in the Government Ride2Work Scheme which encourages employees to cycle to work by allowing you to purchase your cycle equipment through tax-efficient means.
