Beck & Pollitzer is an industrial relocation business whose scarlet lorries are now a familiar sight on Europe's motorways. The company helps clients to relocate and install factories and machinery across the UK and Europe from its head office in Dartford, Kent.

A key attraction of the deal was the strong market position and excellent customer base, giving the opportunity to take world class engineering skills and expand internationally.
How did we help?
During the period of Gresham's investment, Gresham and the management team had opened successful operations in France, Germany, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Turnover grew from £28 million to £44 million.
Result
The business was sold through a tertiary buy-out allowing the directors, management and employees to secure a majority of the shareholding.
