Why we liked it
Ansa has been at the forefront of the trend in the insurance industry of outsourcing critical business processes. Significant investments in the infrastructure, both IT and people, enabled Ansa to establish itself as the true market leader in its field in the UK. Their services result in significant cost savings for its clients, as outsourcing the loss adjustment process on claims enables insurance companies to deal with claims quickly and efficiently and, in most cases, cut the size of claims made.
Result
The business was sold to an AIM listed support services business in 2005.
